Thorp Custodial Staff Recognized at District Basketball Game

At the February 10th basketball game, the Thorp custodial staff was honored by the School District of Thorp and the Wisconsin Athletic Directors Association for their outstanding service.

On behalf of the School District of Thorp, and The Wisconsin Athletic Directors Association (WADA) we would like to publicly recognize and thank the Thorp custodial staff, whose service, professionalism, and dedication do not go unnoticed.

Their impact is felt by every student, teacher, and visitor who enters our buildings. Tim Tieman, Rita Teschler, Wayne Abramowicz, and Vaughn Schneider are the quiet engines that keep our district running.

Their roles extend far beyond maintenance; they are the guardians of our learning environment. Whether they are arriving in the early morning hours to clear snow, ensuring our classrooms are sanitized and safe, or preparing our facilities for community events, they do so with a level of care that deserves our highest praise.

The physical state of a school deeply influences the morale and productivity of those within it. Because of Tim, Rita, Wayne, and Vaughn, our students have a clean, bright, and welcoming place to grow.
