Marshfield High School Ocean Bowl Team Wins Lake Sturgeon Bowl Regional

The Marshfield High School Ocean Bowl team won the Lake Sturgeon Bowl Regional at the UW-School of Freshwater Science in Milwaukee.

After falling to rival Ladue Horton Watkins of St. Louis in pool play, the team rallied with determination, defeating them twice in the double-elimination finals bracket. An incredible comeback and a truly well-earned victory.

The winning team included Coach Herder, Prisha V, Cade D, Neel G, Roshan S, Wyatt J, and Coach McFarlane. This year’s prize will bring scientists to our area, where students will explore regional water issues and the connections among water, science, and the local community.
