Marshfield Fire & Rescue Department Invites the Community to Participate in Flash Point

Ever wondered what really happens during a critical Fire & EMS call?
The Marshfield Fire & Rescue Department invites community members to take part in Flash Point, a hands-on, behind-the-scenes experience designed to show you what they do and why they do it. The event is being held on Saturday, April 11th from 9am-5pm at the Marshfield Fire & Rescue Department.
What to expect:
- Station tour and introduction to Fire & EMS operations
- A realistic EMS scenario demonstrating a critical call
- Hands-on practice with real Fire & EMS skills
- Lunch with our crews
- Visit to the training center
- Fire apparatus demonstrations
- Fire behavior dollhouse burn
- Equipment demonstrations and open Q&A with firefighters and paramedics
Who can attend:
- Marshfield residents
- 18 years or older
- Class size limited to 12 participants
