Christina: "Reliable Residence connects travel nurses and doctors to furnished monthly housing and that could look like a whole array of different housing. It could be a room for rent, a furnished basement, a private unit, and even large homes."

Riley: "And now one of the things I think we may have just kind of touched on a little bit the last time we spoke is the benefit to homeowners and property owners that Reliable Residence can provide them. Can you go a little more in depth on that, please?"

Christina: "Yeah, the benefits are, I like to talk about the three main ones. The first one is, you get a 30% to 40% markup on the rent from traditional annual leases and that's to account for the furniture and the small gaps between stays. The second benefit is, you're giving back to the medical community."

"We're really short staffed for healthcare workers. So, this does make a big difference. And then the third, and I think the most important benefit to listing with us is you get a really good tenant. These are respectful professionals that come with the housing stipend. They show up with a suitcase, and they're just truly here to work."

Christina: "I would just probably add that we have a major healthcare shortage across the country, but really in more rural areas like Marshfield. And to fill in those gaps, we recruit travel nurses and doctors to come to the area for 13 weeks at a time, but unfortunately, when they can't find housing, they cancel their contracts, and it leads to our community suffering as a result of that. And so by helping to provide housing, you're making a real difference in the medical community."
