Holstein is the Pet of the Week from the Clark County Humane Society made possible by East Valley Veterinarian Clinic located at 2510 Black River Road just North of Neillsville and east of the Black River. (https://eastvalleyvetclinic.net/)

Name: Holstein

Age: 10-Weeks-Old

Breed: Mixed

Meet Holstein, the CCHS Pet of the Week! Holstein came to CCHS with his 5 siblings from a local farm right on Christmas Eve, and they are all named after cows! This dashing Mixed Breed boy is about 10 weeks old and weighs roughly 15.4# currently.

Holstein is quite handsome with his short haired white and black coat, with markings just like a Holstein cow. Holstein is a confident fellow! He has a friendly demeanor and loves to play play play!

While we aren't entirely certain what his exact breed makeup is, we can tell you he is 100% Good Boy! With any puppy, training and socialization are incredibly important to the success of the pup.

Apply to adopt Holstein now! He's ready to join his new family today and promises to share lots of love and smiles. You can submit your adoption application on our website: www.cchs-petshelter.org/applying-to-adopt.

Do you have a love for cats and dogs and have been thinking it would be nice to help out at CCHS? Well, now's your chance! Whether it's a few hours a week, one day a month, or something in between, this is your opportunity to try it out.

We are very much in need of volunteers! You can learn more and sign up on our website: https://www.cchs-petshelter.org/volunteer or email April at [email protected]. Come join our CCHS volunteer family!

You can learn more about, and adopt, Holstein, and all the animals at the shelter, at their website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. You can also apply for adoption in person.
