Cadott Man Sentenced for 4th OWI

(WEAU Staff, WEAU) A Cadott man arrested for an OWI offense with a child in the vehicle was sentenced in Chippewa County Court, according to WEAU staff.
According to a press release from the Wisconsin State Patrol, on Sept. 7, 2025, at 5:15 p.m., authorities responded to a two-vehicle crash on 250th Street at County Road O.
A Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper saw that a driver of one of the involved vehicles, Mark Dominguez, showed signs of impairment. A passenger in the other vehicle that Dominguez hit sustained minor injuries.
Dominguez was found guilty of, due to a no contest plea, 4th OWI. Several other charges were dismissed and read in. He was sentenced to 36 months of probation with a condition of 120 days jail time.
He must also have an ignition interlock device for 12 months and will have his license revoked for 36 months. He also owes over $2,200 in court costs and fines.
