According to a release from the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department, on Monday, June 30th of last year, around 11:07pm, a Deputy with the Department observed a speeding violation on State Highway 54 in the Township of Brockway.
During an attempted stop, the vehicle fled at a high rate of speed. The vehicle pursuit continued for just over a mile before the suspect lost control and entered the ditch.
