Man Charged in Fatal Eau Claire Stabbing Appears in Eau Claire County Court

(WEAU Staff, WEAU) A man charged in a fatal stabbing at the Do-Dodge-Inn in Eau Claire appeared in Eau Claire County Court on Monday.
According to WEAU Staff, Anthony Jackson is charged in the death of Alex Graff, 31, of Medford. According to video surveillance and witness statements, Graff was playing pool when the suspect, Anthony Jackson, who is listed as being homeless, began stabbing Graff.
The Chief says the attack was unprovoked, but that Jackson had been acting strange prior to the stabbing. Graff was stabbed several times including in the heart, face, and back. He ran from the bar and collapsed outside.
During Jackson’s arraignment on Monday, he pleaded not guilty to the charges against him, which include 1st-degree intentional homicide, attempted 1st-degree intentional homicide, bail jumping, and others.
