City of Marshfield Asking Residents to Keep Fire Hydrants Clear this Winter

The City of Marshfield is asking residents to not cover fire hydrants with snow and ice this winter season.

It's crucial to keep hydrants clear of obstructions in case the fire department needs to access them quickly. When seconds count, it may take several minutes to dig out a hydrant to gain access to the water supply.
