Forward Fun Zone Coming Spring of 2026 to Griese Park in Marshfield

Forward Fun Zone is a fully inclusive destination playground coming Spring 2026 to Griese Park in Marshfield.
A rendering of the Forward Fun Zone was recently released and can be viewed on their Facebook page. This incredible space will be free and open to the public.
They put countless hours in the design to include playground equipment that is unlike anything local and a safe layout so that children of all ages and abilities can play together, reduce screen time, explore the outdoors, and create memories together in Marshfield.
Feature planned include:
- Separate play area for ages 2–5 with a safe poured-in-place rubber surface
- Play area for ages 5–12 full of climbing structures, slides, and obstacle courses
- TWO 50’ self-returning zip lines (yes, TWO!)
- Swings for every kiddo who loves to soar
- Gaga ball pit for nonstop fun
- Giant Adirondack chair (perfect photo-op!)
- Concrete sidewalks surrounding the entire playground for walking
- Picnic tables, park benches, and shade structures for relaxing and connecting
This community project is powered by generosity and they are still actively accepting donations through Marshfield Area Community Foundation Inc. to make this dream a reality. Get your name on the sign by donating today; it's not too late.
