(WAOW and Mike Lieschner, WSAU) A Marshfield man accused of sexually assaulting an underage employee at the Plover Pizza Hut will go to trial next spring, according to WAOW and Mike Leischner with WSAU.

WAOW TV reports that Kyle Elkins will face a jury from May 12th to the 15th for multiple counts of sexual assault, along with child enticement and strangulation. According to the victim, Elkins forced himself on her as the two were working at Pizza Hut in Plover back in January.

The victim, who was 17 at the time, said Elkins threatened to fire her if she didn’t engage in the sexual contact. Elkins is also accused of producing a gun while making the advances. The 30-year-old is being held on a $10,000 cash bond with a full no-contact order against the victim.

A final pretrial conference is scheduled for April 17th. He faces a maximum of 40 years in prison on the most serious charge and more than 100 years for all seven counts combined.
