Turner is the Pet of the Week from the Clark County Humane Society made possible by East Valley Veterinarian Clinic located at 2510 Black River Road just North of Neillsville and east of the Black River. (https://eastvalleyvetclinic.net/)

Name: Turner

Age: 9-Weeks-Old

Breed: Mini Bernese Mountain Dog Mix

Meet Turner, the CCHS Pet of the Week! Turner came to CCHS with his 7 siblings from a local farm earlier this November. This sprightly Mini Bernese Mountain Dog Mix is about 9 weeks old and weighs roughly 10.4# currently.

He is a super handsome pup with a very soft tri-color coat (black, white and tan) with fluffy ears. Turner is a high-spirited guy with a lot of puppy energy to burn off! He loves to keep moving and would love even more to have a furever home that will stay active with him!

While we aren't entirely certain what his exact breed makeup is, we can tell you he is 100% a good boy! With any puppy, training and socialization are incredibly important to the success of the pup.

If you're looking for a new best friend to share your life with, please apply for Turner today! You can submit your adoption application for Turner on our website: www.cchs-petshelter.org/applying-to-adopt.

We have lots and lots of animals at CCHS right now, especially puppies and kittens, so be sure to check them all out. You are most welcome to stop in and visit with all of our animals during any of our open hours!

Save the Date! Santa and Mrs. Claus are returning to CCHS this year for our annual Pet Pictures with Santa & Mrs. Claus! They will be at the Shelter on Saturday, December 6th, from 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

They do a wonderful job and are happy to take pictures with all kinds of pets, from cats and dogs to rats and goats! Pictures are then available for purchase as prints, email or on a flash drive. So bring your pets and make some great Holiday memories! More details are available on our website.

You can learn more about, and adopt, Turner, and all the animals at the shelter, at their website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. You can also apply for adoption in person.
