Milwaukee Man Charged With Killing his Father in Wisconsin Rapids Pleads Not Guilty

(Justin Betti, WAOW) A Milwaukee man charged with killing his father in Wisconsin Rapids has pleaded not guilty.

According to Justin Betti with WAOW, Randall Harris Jr., 34, was in court Tuesday for a preliminary hearing and arraignment. He is accused of shooting his father, 56-year-old Randall Harris Sr., four times on Oct 31, killing him.

On Tuesday, the court found probably cause to continue the case and bound Harris over for further proceedings. Harris Jr.'s attorney requested a speedy trial. Harris Jr. continues to be held in the Wood County Jail on a $1,000,000 cash bond.
