Owen-Withee Elementary Collects Over 1,000 Food Items for Local Food Pantries

This year the Owen-Withee elementary student council voted to have a food drive for the local Owen-Withee community.

This meant collecting food items in the school for people in need. We all know that food is essential because it helps ensure that everyone in the community has access to basic nourishment, especially during difficult times.

By collecting these food items it will bring neighbors together to support one another, reduce hunger, and promote compassion. By sharing these resources, they will strengthen some people's overall well-being this holiday.

They thank everyone for bringing in food items this year for the food drive. Overall, we collected 1,093 food items.
