Thorp FFA Students Attend National Convention

Thorp FFA sent 12 students to the National FFA Convention in Indianapolis.

Over 77,000 FFA members from across the United States attended this year's event. Thorp FFA members toured Jasperson Sod Farm, a 6,000-acre sod farm located in southern Wisconsin, visited a feline rescue center in Indiana that houses over 200 wild cats and foxes, and explored McNamara Florist, the largest wholesale floral distributor in Indiana.

Members also participated in the three-acre career show and expo, and listened to multiple keynote speakers. The Thorp FFA chapter has been honored with the 3-Star Gold National Chapter Award, an accolade also awarded to 13 other top schools in Wisconsin.
