City of Marshfield Conducting Terrace Tree Pruning this Winter

The City of Marshfield will be conducting terrace tree pruning this winter in the area from South.

Central Avenue to South Peach Avenue, and from East Veterans Parkway to East 14th Street. A map is available showing the specific locations where this work will take place. The City is responsible for maintaining trees located within the public right-of-way.

This includes removing branches that interfere with the safe use of streets and sidewalks, as well as removing dead or declining limbs that may pose a hazard. Routine, cyclical pruning also helps promote long-term tree health, structural integrity, and overall appearance.
