Marshfield Clinic and Marshfield Fire & Rescue Partnering for Mugs for Rugs

Join Marshfield Clinic and Marshfield Fire & Rescue in collecting throw rugs to make homes safer.

Did you know that falls in Wisconsin are in the top 5 reasons for injury? (WI DHS, 2024). That is why they have teamed up to bring you Mugs for Rugs. Please bring rugs 4x6 and under to any participating coffee shops around Marshfield (list will be posted soon) or drop them off at the fire department between the hours of 8-5 and receive a free mug and a coupon for a cup of coffee and one of the participating coffee shops.

Not only does this help adults in their homes, but the rugs will go to local animal shelters to help our four legged friends too. Feel free to reach out to Marshfield Fire & Rescue with any questions and ask to speak to Jenna regarding the program. They’ll begin taking donations December 8th and will continue through December 31st.
