DNR and DATCP Holding Joint Meeting Consisting of Information Items Only

Tuesday, November 11th, 2025 -- 8:00 AM

The Wisconsin Natural Resources Board (NRB), in conjunction with the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) Board, will convene for a joint meeting.

The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 13 in room 106, Prairie Oaks State Office Building, 2811 Agriculture Drive, Madison, Wisconsin. The agenda will consist of information items only; no action will be taken during the joint meeting. The DATCP Board will welcome public appearances and consider action items in the afternoon.

The meeting can be streamed live on Microsoft Teams. The NRB does not accept oral testimony on agenda items presented for information only, for which the Board will take no action. Written public comments are welcome. The deadline to submit written comments is 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2025. 

During the November meeting, the NRB and DATCP Board will discuss:

• Cooperative efforts between the DNR and DATCP to protect Wisconsin's forest resources from invasive forest pests
• DNR and DATCP approach to pesticide ingredients in groundwater
• DNR and DATCP surface water protection efforts

The complete November NRB/DATCP Board meeting agenda is available on both the DNR website and DATCP’s website. In addition to being encouraged to watch the upcoming meeting, there are opportunities for the public to testify and to submit written comments about issues that come before the NRB.
