WHAT'S WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE?

You gotta love the efficiency of government. A state senator, Jeff Plale (D-South Milwaukee), noticed something a little odd when he logged onto the state's new Web site for campaign finance information.Prominently displayed at [url=http://cfis.wi.gov] http://cfis.wi.gov [/url] was a picture of the Capitol in Madison next to a beautiful skyline?the problem is it?s the skyline of Minneoplis, not Madison.
Plale knew immediately that the skyline didn't belong to Madison or Milwaukee and upon further inspection recognized at as one of the Twin Cities.
