Neillsville Woman Appears in Clark County Court for 9th OWI

A Neillsville woman arrested for her 9th OWI appeared in Clark County Court on Wednesday.
On Sunday, June 1, 2025, at approximately 3:39 p.m., the Neillsville Police Department conducted a traffic stop on Hewett Street for speeding. Upon interacting with the driver, the officer suspected impairment and administered Standardized Field Sobriety Tests.
The driver, identified as Tammy Dyer of Neillsville, was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant or other drug, marking her 9th offense.
She was transported to the Clark County Jail and issued citations for speeding and open intoxicants. During her arraignment on Thursday, she entered a not guilty plea to the charges against her.
She’s scheduled to be back in court on November 20th.
