Wausau Man Sentenced for Child Neglect

(WAOW & Chris Conley, WSAU) A Wausau man was sentenced on Oct. 29 for chronic neglect of a child.
According to WAOW and Chris Conley with WSAU, Tristan Hull, 40, pleaded guilty in August. Police document say he and his partner intentionally starved a teenage victim, rationing her food and water to the point that her organs were beginning to fail.
Hull was sentenced to four years in jail, followed by four years of extended supervision on Wednesday. He gets credit for almost two years already served. Brittany Hull, 30, has a jury trial scheduled for February tied to the same case.
