Don’t forget to vote for Granton’s The Maple Dude’s 10-pack of 1 ounce maple syrup shots in The Coolest Thing Made in Wisconsin contest.

The Maple Dude made it to the top 8 and is now competing to make it to the final four. You have until 5pm today to vote. The Maple Dude beat out EK Machine’s massive generator enclosures to make it to the top 8. They are now taking on 1000 Island Airboat’s 24-foot Search and Rescue airboats.

In a recent interview with The Maple Dude himself, he stated that the 1 ounce shots were meant to be a convenience item. However, the product has really gotten traction as an athletic fuel for various athletes.
