Don’t Forget to Sign Up and Help with Marshfield Rotary Winter Wonderland’s Moving Day this Sunday

Marshfield Rotary Winter Wonderland’s moving day is this Sunday, October 12th from 11am-3pm.

They’ll be bringing all of their materials from their storage unit to the Wildwood Zoo to set up for their 20th anniversary season. They are looking for community members to assist with this for whatever time they are able to, please use the link (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeJzV9tn24mWUfhDVtccJwOhE_IsoBD7EnEhcXR6HKJ1RHQ9Q/viewform) to sign up and help out.

Report to 2515 W. Veterans Parkway (the shed) to help with loading the first truck(s). Please bring WORK/GARDEN GLOVES if you have them, wear close-toed shoes and dress appropriate for the weather in clothes you wouldn't mind potentially getting a little dirty.

You may be asked to go to the zoo to help unload the trucks once they're on their way. Grab a friend and come down! Many hands make light work. They will have lunch delivered to the Shed and the Zoo around 12pm for all who are able to help!

They are going to try to have everything unloaded by 3PM. Join them for whatever duration of that time you are able to. No skill set required. Volunteers under 12 require an adult to assist. Also, mark your calendars for set up day, which is Saturday, October 25th from 8am-3pm.
