City of Marshfield and Wisconsin DOT Holding Public Involvement Meeting on East 4th Street Project

The City of Marshfield, in conjunction with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, proposes roadway improvements on East 4th Street.
Robert E. Lee & Associates, Inc., consulting engineers from Green Bay, Wisconsin, are currently preparing preliminary plans. The project is currently scheduled for construction in 2028 for project ID 6995-12-72.
Robert E. Lee & Associates, Inc. and the City of Marshfield are currently seeking public input for the roadway project. A Public Involvement Meeting will be held at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at Marshfield City Hall, Council Chambers, located at 207 W. 6th Street, Marshfield, WI 54449.
All interested and concerned citizens are invited to attend. The purpose of the meeting is to present the preliminary plans of the proposed work, discuss the proposed schedule, construction traffic control, and gather public input.
Any comments or questions that may be of interest to the design team are welcome. The meeting will begin with a short presentation to provide an overview of the project, followed by time for questions and answers.
Representatives from the City of Marshfield and Robert E. Lee & Associates, Inc., the design firm leading the project, will be available to discuss project details, address comments, and answer questions.
Individuals with an interest in or knowledge of historic buildings, structures, and archaeological sites are invited to attend this meeting and submit comments to Robert E. Lee & Associates, Inc. at the contact information provided below.
