Wood County Residents Asked to Participate in the 2025 Wood County Opinion Survey on Alcohol and Other Drugs

Do you live or work in Wood County?

Please help the Wood County Health Department gain a better understanding of substance use in Wood County. Take and share the 2025 Wood County Opinion Survey on Alcohol and Other Drugs.

In addition to learning more about substance use in Wood County, this annual survey helps them understand public awareness of ongoing efforts and what is needed.

The survey takes about 10-15 minutes to complete. Once you complete the survey, you can enter to win a $50 Kwik Trip gas card.  All answers are completely anonymous.
