Arpin Man Arrested for OWI

An Arpin man was arrested for OWI in the City of Marshfield.

According to a report from the Marshfield Police Department, on Friday, September 5th, around 10:39pm, a traffic stop was conducted on a 28-year-old Arpin male on Central Ave at 3rd Street.

An OWI investigation was conducted and the male was subsequently arrested for OWI 1st. The vehicle was searched and a loaded concealed firearm was discovered.

The male was released to a sober party after a legal blood draw was obtained and charges will be referred to the Wood County District Attorney's Office for OWI and possession of a firearm while under the influence of an intoxicant.
