NEW JUDGE IN SIDIE CASE

A La Crosse judge will hear the Doug Sidie murder case.Jackson County Judge Thomas Lister will recuse himself after Sidie's court appearance next week; La Crosse County Judge Dale Passell will take over.
Lister decided to remove himself from the case because he represented Sidie in a personal injury civil lawsuit in 2002.
Sidie is accused of shooting his ex-wife, Alisha Sidie, and hiding her body near Hatfield last month.
