Franny is the Pet of the Week from the Clark County Humane Society made possible by East Valley Veterinarian Clinic located at 2510 Black River Road just North of Neillsville and east of the Black River. (https://eastvalleyvetclinic.net/)

Name: Franny

Age: 1.5-Years-Old

Breed: Border Collie Mix

Meet Franny, the CCHS Pet of the Week!  Franny and Frankie came to CCHS as an owner surrender after their owner's health took a turn that no longer put them in a position to care for Franny and her sister Frankie.

This darling Border Collie mix is about a year and a half old and weighs roughly 17.2lbs currently. Franny is a loving little wigglebutt! She is always ready to be loved on and will happily roll over and give you her belly at any time!

Franny did come in with a pre-existing front leg injury that has permanently deformed her paw, but it does not slow her down or dampen her shining personality in the slightest! While we aren't entirely certain what her exact breed makeup is, we can tell you she's 100% all lovins all the time!

With any rescue, training and socialization are incredibly important to the success of the dog. Apply for Franny today! You can submit your adoption application on our website: www.cchs-petshelter.org/applying-to-adopt.

Do you have a love for cats and dogs and have been thinking it would be nice to help out at CCHS? Well, now's your chance! Whether it's a few hours a week, one day a month, or something in between, this is your opportunity to try it out.

We are very much in need of volunteers! You can learn more and sign up on our website: https://www.cchs-petshelter.org/volunteer or email April at [email protected]. Come join our CCHS volunteer family!

You can learn more about, and adopt, Franny, and all the animals at the shelter, at their website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. You can also apply for adoption in person.

Feel free to contact us with questions and/or comments.
