Marshfield Area United Way Looking for Volunteers for Make a Difference Day

Starting September 1st, Marshfield residents can register for leaf-raking assistance.

The Marshfield Area United Way is seeking caring volunteers, individuals, families, and groups, for Make a Difference Day to help clear leaves and brighten someone’s day. Make a Difference Day is Saturday, October 25th from 8am-Noon.

Unite with them and make a difference for senior and disabled community members. They're looking for volunteers to rake leaves for those in need. This job is perfect for groups, families, or individuals.

Please register in advance. Volunteers should bring gloves, rakes, and have their own transportation. This event takes place rain or shine, so please dress for the weather.

Volunteers needed to:

• rake leaves
• pick up bagged leaves and transport them to the transfer station
