Sunday's Activities at the Central Wisconsin State Fair

-Today is the final day of the Central Wisconsin State Fair, but there’s still plenty of fun activities happening.

Cost for daily gate passes is $10 for adults 13 and older, $5 for children 5-12, and children 4 and under are free. The carnival opens at Noon today and it’s Last Blast Day, so the pay one price wristband is $25 from Noon to 5pm. Vendors will be open today from 11am-6pm.

Some other fun and performances in the Family Entertainment tent today include the Cornerstone Church Service at 9:30am with Christian music from Kings Conquest. And Red Higgins and the Freedom Train will be playing some classic country from 1pm-3pm.

Dominguez Attractions, a proud circus family, will have shows for adults and kids. Their shows will be at 1:30pm-2pm and 4:30pm-5pm today. Kenny Ahern will bring his zany comedy shows to the fair. His shows will be from Noon-12:30pm, 2:45pm-3:15pm, and 4pm-4:30pm today.

Pleasure Valley Pig and Duck Races will be happening at the fair. They will have shows from 12:30pm-1pm, 2pm-2:30pm, and 3:30pm-4pm today. Balloons by Kevin will also be providing fun balloons for kids from Noon-5pm. Fairgoers may run into Ta-Da Robots each day of the fair as well.

The Pedal Tractor Races get underway at 1pm with registration starting at Noon. This race is for kids ages 4-7. The Draft Horse Hitch Show gets underway at Noon today.

The Wonders of Wisconsin Exhibit is at the Lang Information Center this year with the theme of Wonders of Wisconsin Wildlife. The Sample Shack is also there, giving Wisconsin residents the chance to sample some of Wisconsin’s awesome products.

For the Junior Fair, all exhibits will be released at 6pm. For the Open Class judging, sheep fitting, little britches, and draft horse hitch is all happening at 10am. Sheep costume is at 12:30pm and sheep showmanship is at 1:30pm.

Grandstand this afternoon is the Bulls-N-Barrels Rodeo. Adults 13 and older are $25, children 5-12 are $15, and 4 and under are free. Tickets include gate admission if purchased before entering the fair.
