Boys & Girls Club of Marshfield Has Successful Inaugural Summer

Boys & Girls Club Marshfield’s inaugural summer has come to a close, and they couldn’t be happier with how it went.

Over the past few months, they welcomed 91 Club members and delivered a total of 3,572 unique Club experiences. From Triple Play to Cooking Club and E-Sports to Junior Zookeepers (in partnership with Wildwood Zoo), their members explored new interests, developed life skills, and most importantly, had a lot of fun.

They also took 12 exciting field trips to local favorites like Vandehey Waters, Melody Gardens, and Rogers Cinema. Throughout the summer, members received nearly 2,016 free meals and snacks, keeping them fueled, focused, and ready for adventure.

To wrap up the season, Club members celebrated their last day with a Field Day at the Marshfield High School Field House. They competed in track and field events, played games, and earned certificates for their achievements.

It was an incredible first summer here in Marshfield, and they can't wait to continue the fun into next school year.
