Three Arrested for Drug Trafficking Appear in Marathon County Court

(Heather Poltrock, WSAW) Three people arrested following a year-long investigation into cocaine trafficking and money laundering by the Central Wisconsin Drug Task Force appeared in Marathon County Court.

According to Heather Poltrock with WSAW, Travis Ingram, Shelby Ingram, and Markqui White, were arrested on April 9 and formally charged on April 25. Court documents state White and Travis Ingram were laundering money at casinos in Wisconsin.

During their court appearance, Travis Ingram and White had the charges against them dismissed on the prosecutor’s motion. Shelby Ingram pleaded not guilty to the charges against her, which include possession with intent - cocaine, maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession with intent - THC, neglecting a child, and resisting or obstructing an officer. She’s scheduled to be back in court on August 19th

The Central Wisconsin Drug Task Force is comprised of the Waushara, Marquette, Green Lake, Portage, Adams, Juneau, Waupaca, and Wood County Sheriff’s Departments and the police departments from Marshfield, Wisconsin Rapids, Stevens Point, Berlin, Waupaca, and Grand Rapids. The seized drugs were sent to the FBI office in Milwaukee.
