A Message From Clark County's Sheriff Regarding Drivers in Construction Zones

With the ongoing road and bridge construction occurring throughout Clark County we are asking that motorists/UTV’s please slow down through these areas.

In addition we would also ask that motorists stay off of bridges that are under construction. Specifically the bridge on CTH M and Rock Creek Road. Recently five people have been cited for driving across the bridge.

We understand that the 2025 construction season has been stressful for motorists to travel around Clark County. By driving on a bridge that is under construction, it could cause damage delaying the completion of the project as well as putting yourself at risk.

Please avoid driving on bridges that are under construction and please slowdown in construction zones.
