Imagine you had one hundred, or so, phones lying around.Clark County recently switched their phone system to an internet-based system. It?s going to save them money every month, but they had to switch every phone in the courthouse.
The Public Property Committee learned Friday, the old phones?some worth as much as $80 a piece?are now in storage.
The committee took no action, but decided to possibly try to sell the old phones, which aren?t compatible with Voice Over Internet Protocol.
