Two People Arrested in Marshfield After Public Disturbance

Two people were arrested after a public disturbance in Marshfield.
According to a report from the Marshfield Police department, on Thursday, July 31st, at 10:35pm, officers responded to a report of a vehicle in the middle of the road at Veterans Parkway and Vine Avenue.
Multiple people were outside the vehicle yelling. Officers arrived and a 21-year-old Marshfield female began actively resisting and screaming at officers. The female was arrested and transported to the Wood County Jail.
Charges for Disorderly Conduct, Resisting, and Battery to LE will be requested through the Wood County District Attorney's Office. Additionally, a 25-year-old Arpin male was investigated for OWI and ultimately was arrested for OWI 1st Offense.
