Wausau School District Enters into Purchase Contracts for Two Elementary Schools

(WAOW) The Wausau School District has entered into purchase contracts for Hewitt-Texas and Grant Elementary Schools, officials announced.

According to WAOW, the properties are located at 164475 Granite Road and 500 North Fourth Avenue in Wausau. More details will be shared later. Hewitt-Texas was originally listed for $250,000 and Grant was listed for $550,000.

This development follows the district's recent contract with Faith Christian Academy for the sale of Hawthorn Hills Elementary School. That transaction is expected to close in mid-August.
