Name: Wilbur
Age: 11-Weeks-Old
Breed:
Meet Wilbur, the CCHS Pet of the Week! Wilbur came in to CCHS with his 2 sisters towards the middle of July when they were found as strays in the Thorp area.
This handsome feline is about 11 weeks old and weighs roughly 3.7# currently. Wilbur is a mild-mannered kitten who loves a good nap! He'd be more than happy to snuggle onto your lap and purr his days away!
He has a stunning, medium length gray and white coat, so regular brushings would help this handsome kitty maintain that! Wilbur currently resides in our Kitty City with lots of kitty friends.
His two sisters have already been adopted, so he's pretty sure that his turn is coming up soon! If you're looking for a great new friend to share your life with, apply to adopt Wilbur today!
Remember, we always have a "2-for-1" adoption special on cats and kittens, so you can adopt two new friends for the same price as one! You can submit your adoption application on our website: www.cchs-petshelter.org/ applying-to-adopt.
Freeday Friday is back!! On Friday, August 1st, Freeday Friday will be held at our original CC Resale Store. It's located at 600 Hewett St, in downtown Neillsville, on the corner opposite the Post Office.
This is our “inconvenience store”. We have lousy parking, terrible hours, not much is organized and we don’t care if you buy anything or not. And yet, people love it. You know why?........cuz it’s all FREE!
That’s right, bring your bags, boxes, cars, trucks or buggies and fill ‘em up. It’s all free! We call it Freeday Friday and it’s August 1st from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. See you then!!
You can learn more about, and adopt, Wilbur, and all the animals at the shelter, at their website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. You can also apply for adoption in person.
