Clark County Board of Supervisors Approved Lease Agreement in Town of Worden

The Clark County Board of Supervisors approved a couple resolutions and the first reading of an ordinance at their meeting last week.
The Board approved a resolution to enter into an opioid settlement agreement regarding opioid litigation. Clark County will receive .261% of the total litigation costs. The Board also approved entering into a lease agreement for property in the Town of Worden. The lease is for 5 years for 5 acres of land at a cost of $625 per year.
The Board also approved the first reading of an ordinance that will allow the County Highway Commissioner to enter into contracts with municipalities for construction and maintenance of streets and highways within municipalities. The Board also heard the WCWRPC and RBG annual presentation.
