CLARK CO. INVOLVED IN SEARCH FOR SIDIE

Thursday, November 13th, 2008 -- 10:26 AM

Clark County Sheriff?s Department officials were set to sit down with Jackson County officials Thursday morning to discuss the investigation into the disappearance of Alisha Sidie.

Sidie was last seen Friday night.

Crews have been searching for her all week, but there is still no sign of the 27-year-old mother of two.

Sidie was last seen at the home of her ex-husband. That home is less than one mile from the Clark County line.

Sgt. Patrick Labarbera of the Jackson County Sheriff?s Department says today?s search will not include volunteers as in past days. Law enforcement personnel will be out with canines re-searching some areas of interest.

He confirms that, earlier in the week, dogs followed Sidie?s scent down a railroad track south of where she was last seen, but the trail ended abruptly. Family members say that leads them to believe she was abducted.
