Tomah FFA Students in District Leadership Development Event

Tomah FFA students competed in the District LDE (Leadership Development Event) competition in February, demonstrating their skills in various leadership-focused events designed to build upon the agricultural education students receive in the classroom and through their Supervised Agricultural Experiences (SAE).
The purpose of the District LDE is to foster individual responsibility, teamwork, and communication while promoting ethical competition and recognizing individual achievement.
Students compete in events like Creed Speaking, Prepared Speaking, Extemporaneous Speaking, Discussion Meet, Employment Skills, Quiz Bowl, and Parliamentary Procedure.
Help them congratulate the FFA student winners from District 8:
- Parliamentary Procedure -2nd Place
- Creed Speaking -Mackenzie Zaremba -2 Place
- Extemporaneous Public Speaking -Emmalyn Lisi -2nd Place
- Tomah also took 1st AND 2nd place in the Quiz Bowl
