Tomah Students Heading to FFA Convention in Madison

Next month Tomah FFA students will be heading to Madison for the 96th WI FFA Convention, a four-day event filled with competition and leadership workshops.

The Tomah District is spotlighting some of their recognitions preceding the event. Honors Band and Chorus: To be selected as a member of the Honors Band and or Chorus you must complete a written application and submit multiple recordings of yourself playing or singing!

These members will be playing at the State Convention this June and the Wisconsin State Fair in August. Congratulations to Kieralynn Tupper on making Honors Chorus and Congratulations to Marshall Reiman, Alyssa Marth, Morgan Jensen, and Alum Lucas Salzwedel on making Honors Band.

Food For America programs are designed to raise awareness of agriculture to those a part of the K-12 schools and to the community. Congratulations to our Tomah FFA for being selected as a Chapter with an outstanding Food for America program.

Three Star Leader Award: FFA members are selected by their respective FFA chapters to receive this award for their involvement in chapter activities in each of the following areas: Growing Leaders, Building Communities, and Strengthening Agriculture.
