Clark County Board of Supervisors Approve Ag Lease Agreement and More

The Clark County Board of Supervisors approved an agriculture lease agreement at their meeting on Thursday.

The Board approved a bid for an agriculture lease agreement in the Town of Green Grove, which will net the County revenue $20,724.70 in 2025, 26, and 27.

The Board also approved a policy processing judicial privacy protection requests and ratifying the authority of the Opioid Litigation Counsel to add certain defendants. The Council also approved the 2nd reading of an amendment to the Clark County Code of Ordinances regarding taxation.

Finally, the Board approved appointments to the Community Department Board, the LEPC, and Neillsville TIF District Ward 2. They also heard the 2024 Annual Health Department Report, the 2024 Planning, Zoning, and Land Information Annual Report, and the 2024 Veterans Annual Report.
