Thorp Student Attends Dorian Band Festival

On March 2-3, 2025, Thorp student Jaedyn Stratton attended Dorian Band Festival at Luther College in Decorah, IA.

She practiced and performed with over 500 other students from Wisconsin and surrounding states. During her time there, Jaedyn also auditioned for the opportunity to perform as an Outstanding Soloist. Only 1 student was selected out of 26 students who auditioned for this

 Though Jaedyn was not accepted as an Outstanding Soloist, she was recently awarded an Honorable Mention from Luther College for her great work and musicianship.
