Wausau Police Department Thanks American Legion Post 10 for Donation to their K9 Unit

The Wausau Police Department thanks the Wausau American Legion Post 10 for stopping by to present the Wausau Police K-9 Unit with a donation.

The majority of the annual K-9 budget is spent on training and medical bills. Donations such as these are crucial to helping support the Department's dog teams by acquiring & replacing equipment as well as funding the eventual costs for replacing retiring dogs.
