Three People in Marathon County Jail Following Investigation by the Central Wisconsin Drug Task Force

(Heather Poltrock, WSAW) Three people are in the Marathon County Jail following a year-long investigation into cocaine trafficking and money laundering by the Central Wisconsin Drug Task Force.

According to Heather Poltrock with WSAW, Travis Ingram, 37, Shelby Ingram, 35, and Markqui White, 38 were arrested on April 9 and formally charged on April 25.

White is charged with 21 counts related to drug trafficking, including 13 counts of delivering cocaine. He was arrested at his home in Weston. Officers said following the arrest, $36,005 worth of cocaine was seized.

From February 2024 to January 2025, investigators said White sold drugs to a confidential informant 12 times. White remains in custody on a $750,000 cash bond.

His codefendants, Travis Ingram and Shelby Ingram were also arrested on April 9. According to court documents, when officers arrived at Ingram's home in Mosinee, Shelby told officers she didn’t know where Travis was.

Officers found Travis in the home. They believe he was attempting to get rid of drugs while Shelby stalled. Officers found bags of cocaine in the p-trap of the toilet.

According to court documents, they suspect Travis Ingram attempted to eat some of the cocaine and hid other bags of cocaine in cat litter. According to court documents, in all, $39,400 worth of cocaine was found at Ingram's home.

Travis Ingram’s bond was set at $500,000 cash, and Shelby Ingram remains in jail on a $100,000 cash bond. The arrests were the result of a federal search warrant following an investigation into a Mexican drug trafficking organizations.

Court documents state White and Travis Ingram were laundering money at casinos in Wisconsin. All three will learn on May 5 if their cases will head to trial.

The Central Wisconsin Drug Task Force is comprised of the Waushara, Marquette, Green Lake, Portage, Adams, Juneau, Waupaca, and Wood County Sheriff’s Departments and the police departments from Marshfield, Wisconsin Rapids, Stevens Point, Berlin, Waupaca, and Grand Rapids.

The seized drugs were sent to the FBI office in Milwaukee.
