Another lawsuit has been filed in the bus crash that killed five people in western Wisconsin three years ago.Jessica Rozga survived the crash, but suffered extensive injuries. She spent a month at St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield, had numerous surgeries and still sees a physical therapist three times a week.
Rozga's lawsuit was filed just before Thursday's deadline on the 3-year statute of limitations and is the 16th filed as a result of the Oct. 16, 2005, crash.
A charter bus carrying 44 members of the Chippewa Falls High School marching band, teachers and chaperones home from a competition in Whitewater slammed into an overturned semi en route from Indiana to Minnesota in the early morning darkness.
