Marshfield Woman Arrested for Possession

A Marshfield woman was arrested for possession after a traffic stop in Marshfield.

On Thursday, April 17th, around 8:36pm, a traffic stop was conducted as the registered owner did not have a valid license, and had active warrants. During the traffic stop the odor of marijuana was detected and a vehicle search was conducted. The vehicle search revealed a quantity of methamphetamine as well as drug paraphernalia.

The driver, a 35 year old Marshfield female was arrested on 2 warrants, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was later transported to the Wood County Jail.
