Chili Man Arrested in Marshfield for 4th OWI

A Chili man was arrested in the City of Marshfield for his 4th OWI.

According to a report from the Marshfield Police Department, on Friday, April 11th, around 4pm, an anonymous caller reported that a 43 year old Chili male was drinking and driving and had an open intoxicant.

Officers located the male parked at Kwik Trip and during investigation it was learned the male had been drinking. The male was asked for perform Standard Field Sobriety Tests and performed poorly and did not want to continue with testing.

Ultimately the male was arrested for OWI 4th and resisted arrest. A legal blood draw was completed and he was transported to the Marathon County Jail. Charges are being requested through Marathon County DA for resisting an officer.
