Neillsville Students Win Library's Youth Poetry Contest

Tuesday, April 15th, 2025 -- 12:00 PM

Ms. Kosmosky’s and Mrs. Loberg’s second graders entered the Neillsville Public Library Youth Poetry Contest.

They are proud to announce that three students have taken the top honors:

• 1st – Zoey (rhyming poem)
• 2nd – Azalea (alliterative poem)
• 3rd – Lyla (acrostic poem)

They will be presenting their poetry at Poetry Night at the Neillsville Public Library on April 23 at 6:00 p.m. The adult winners include:

• 1st Place-- David Harnisch
• 2nd Place--Jim Harwood
• 3rd Place (Tie)-- Einup
• 3rd Place (Tie)--Kimberly Isham
