Seven People Arrested in Black River Falls in Connection to Drug Investigation

(WEAU Staff, WEAU) Seven people were arrested in Black River Falls over the weekend in connection to a drug investigation on Saturday, according to WEAU staff.
According to the Black River Falls Police Department, law enforcement conducted a search warrant on a home on the 800 block of Pierce Street around 6:00 a.m.
Drug and drug paraphernalia were found inside the home, including methamphetamine, cocaine, fentanyl, marijuana and different prescription medications.
Seven people, 34-year-old Rodger Luther, 53-year-old Gregory Whitegull, 36-year-old Donovan Scheurich Jr., 35-year-old Erica Ganong, 31-year-old Kyler Williams, 37-year-old Turham Gates and 29-year-old Frances Sanchez, all from Black River Falls were found in the home and taken into custody.
The Black River Falls Police Department is recommending charges of maintaining a drug house and possession of various drugs. The Black River Falls Police Department was provided support in this investigation with the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office and the Wisconsin State Patrol.
An investigation is ongoing. The Black River Falls Police Department said it takes drug-related crimes seriously and drug houses and drug dealing will not be tolerated in the community.
